The Beach House introduces a new and unique experience in short stay accommodation which we describe as ‘home living’. If the idea of a spacious apartment with all the comforts of home seems like a dream, then these ‘seaside themed’ apartments, carefully crafted specifically to the needs of the short stay guest, and with uncompromising attention to detail, will be sure to pleasantly surprise.
At The Beach House bespoke seaside themed functional and versatile accommodation, merges seamlessly with quality and comfortable modern living.
Located on the seafront side of the Town Centre just 100 yards from the doors of The Beacon shopping centre (formerly the Arndale Centre ,and within a 5 minute walk to Eastbourne Railway station and main bus hub, The Beach House is also only 500 yards from the beach, and the pier.
The Beach house is a five minute walk to the Devonshire Park Area, home to the Internationally acclaimed Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Park Theatre, Congress Theatre, Winter Garden, and Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club. In the other direction, to the east, The Royal Hippodrome Theatre is also within a five minute walk. The Beach House is a privately owned secure gated complex, with a fully enclosed car park. Guests travelling by car and wishing to explore the local area benefit from a wealth of locations to suit a comprehensive range of interests. Eastbourne and the surrounding are designated as areas of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest, and as such offer a wealth of opportunity for outdoor activities. As an example Eastbourne and the local area is home to a number of very well respected golf clubs, which are playable all year round due to the chalky structure of the South Downs.
Walk in showers in each apartment and the additition of a full size bath in Pebbles, Sandbanks and Coral Bay apartments makes The Beach House the perfect location for your short stay, whether for social, business, or pleasure purposes.
At The Beach House all of our Self Catering apartments are totally self contained.
Electric gated access provides for a very secure environment in which to stay with parking within the compound for one car per apartment within named allocated parking spaces. A Pedestrian gate provides for access on foot via a coded entry system.
As previous guests will be aware, self check in and out is provided for through the provision of individual coded keysafes for each apartment.
Guests therefore do not need to see or have contact with anyone during their stay. In normal circumstances apartments are cleaned once a week for those guest booking extended stays.
All apartments are sparkling clean thanks to the hard work and uncompromising attention to detail of our cleaners Donna and Tracey. Many guests rate The Beach House 9/10 0r 10/10 for cleanliness.
